Education Programme

The Junior Design Engineer Education Programme (JDEEP) is the name of the two year training programme which offers participants practical work experience and research and development related courses. An overview of the programme can be found here.

This programme brings together all our emerging engineers to build networks of relationships, understand related disciplines in product development, including DSP, Software, Digital Hardware, RF, Systems Engineering, DFM and Testing. Also learned are skills in speaking, chairing meetings and co-ordinating the work of peers!
