Software Feature Options

The following software features are available as separate software licenses per radio.

P25 Common Air Interface

Provides P25 operation and is normally provided as standard.

DES Encryption

Provides DES encryption and key loading capability via a TIA102 compliant keyloader

P25 Admin Services

Only available to authorised agencies. Provides despatcher type functionality.

  • Radio Check - transmits a Radio Check to another terminal
  • Radio Monitor - enables discreet listening of another terminal
  • Status Request - requests the status of another radio
  • Stun/Revive - can stun or revive another terminal
  • Acknowledge Group Addresses Services - in the absence of a dispatcher can acknowledge services e.g., emergency alerts, status calls.
