Catherine Barrett has been appointed as National Manager for Federal Sales for Tait Radio Communications in North America.

Barrett's responsibilities in this new role include managing Tait's sales activities directed to meeting the federal government's radio communications needs.

According to Tait officials, demand for custom radio communications solutions within the federal government sector is increasing and the company now has enhanced capability to present tailored solutions that fit the market's needs.

Barrett brings Tait more than 20 years of sales knowledge and experience of land mobile radios and various other industry technologies.

She has worked for such companies as IBM, Motorola and EF Johnson, where she held a similar and pivotal role in building and establishing their presence in the federal government market.
