To support Tait Radio Communications' steady growth and increasing market demands for its products, company officials have appointed several new regional sales managers and key personnel.

The staff additions will help facilitate an ongoing drive to meet current and future client needs, says Bill Fredrickson, President of Tait Radio Communications in North America.

Bill Fillman takes on the role of Vice President of Systems Deployment. His responsibilities include overseeing the project deployment functions to provide best-in-class radio systems implementations to build on Tait Radio Communications' success in deploying custom network systems.

Bill has over 15 years of experience in telecom infrastructure deployment and general management for such companies as IDT Corporation and VOLT Telecom Group.

Doug Chapman takes on a new leadership role within the company as Vice President of Product Marketing. His responsibilities include directing product refinements that respond to the specific needs of Tait's industry-specific North American clients. Previously, Chapman was regional sales manager of Tait's west region.

Catherine Barrett joins Tait Radio Communications as National Manager for Federal Sales. Barrett's responsibilities in this new role include managing Tait's sales activities directed to meeting the federal government's radio communications needs.

In response to increasing demands for its products, Tait has appointed the following Regional Sales Managers to lead sales in their respective regions:

  • Peggy Sleik (Midwest)
  • John DeGirolamo (Southeast/Mid Atlantic)
  • Gary Correia (West)
  • Jason Anderson (Northwest)
